The House
Three stories of home, capable of accommodating up to seven adults. Villa 73 enjoys three bedroom suites with three and a half bathrooms. The view, which we’ll come back to, is highlighted by the glass large atrium over the pool. There is a large two car garage on the property and one of Tamarindo’s largest swimming pools. The kitchen is as modern as they come, with a great view of the pool, decked out in every appliance you could possibly need. We’ve even outfitted the third-floor suite with a jacuzzi for 360-degree views.
The Property
The property of Villa 73 is a lush tropical garden, even in the dog days of Tamarindo summertime. On the hill, you have views in every direction, which you can enjoy from several angles or floors. We’ve enclosed and gated the lot for your privacy. The neighboring properties are all residential, so there will be no late night bar noise. In fact, because of the wall and the plants, you won’t hear much from outside the property.
The Experience
Walking the grounds or meditating on one of the many terraces or balconies, you may lose track of where you are. It’s okay. You deserve it. Relax, lounge, float and enjoy a massage or meal poolside. Hang out in the third-floor jacuzzi, where you can gaze at the ocean or face the mountains. When you are ready to leave the property you have all the amenities of town just ten minutes away.
The Town
Town is not only where you’ll find shopping and many different restaurants, it’s where you’ll find the most important part of Tamarindo; the beach! Tamarindo may be sleepy fishing village grown beyond anyone’s expectations, but surfers know it for only one thing. It’s a consistent break. On the streets of Tamarindo, you’ll find vendors, selling produce and local crafts. When the sun goes down, the town turns into an adult playground. If you’re here with family, we have mini-golf and many restaurants with play areas for kids.
