The first thing you will notice when you walk into this vacation rental is how bright it is. There’s light streaming in from windows on all sides. That will be your alarm clock in the morning, the gentle rise of our favorite star on the horizon.
The next thing you’ll notice is how clean is the layout and finish of the place. It’s not a huge space, but the cream walls and tropical wood accents make it feel like a cozy place to relax.
Los Sueños III is a fifteen-minute stroll to the beach, about ten minutes to town, perfect for access to all the good stuff, but far enough from the noise to sleep.
Goldilocks Needs
The pool in Los Sueños sits in the middle of the property, not so big that you lose track of your family or friends, but not so small it feels like a lap pool.
We solar heat the pool, so it never gets too hot nor too cold.
The bedrooms have just what one needs to sleep, comfortable beds. There’s a queen in the master, two twins in the other one.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This works well for small families and for groups of three or four friends.
The kitchen has what one needs to get along without depending on local restaurants (there are plenty of those), including a coffee maker to enjoy one of Costa Rica’s best products.
No day should start without a cup.

Toss your belongings in your vacation rental and venture into Tamarindo or the rest of Costa Rica. Los Sueños III offers 24-hour, every day guarded security.
There’s parking off street for your rental car too. Every three days you stay, maids will come clean your place so you don’t even have to do that.
If fitness is part of your lifestyle, there’s a gym a block away with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. But, that might not fit into your plans to fully unplug. Just know it’s there.
